Will I receive an order confirmation?
After you’ve placed your order, you will receive an initial e-mail confirmation followed by a second confirmation once your order has been shipped.
What are my payment options?
We currently accept payment through PayPal and Google Checkout.
All orders placed within California are subject to sales tax.
How much is shipping?
All orders ship via FedEx Ground or U.S. Postal Service at a flat rate of $5.95 and typically ship within 5-7 business days if we have the piece(s) in stock. All other orders will ship within 2-4 weeks of placing the order. Expedited shipping is also available as follows:

How do I take care of my purchase?
Each piece of JAYRUN® jewelry is handcrafted by our experienced artisans and each stone is selected to be most aesthetically pleasing. Our process ensures that the piece you have chosen is truly original and one of a kind. Please use the care instructions we have provided below so that you can enjoy your JAYRUN® jewelry for years to come.
We recommend applying perfume or other sprayed substances before putting on your jewelry. We recommend keeping your jewelry in the pouch we provided with your order. Proper storage helps prevent scratching of the stones and metal. With normal wear, it is common for gold filled and plated pieces to darken or tarnish over time. We recommend gently wiping the metal surface with a damp cloth. It is best to keep your jewelry away from extreme heat or moisture. Jewelry should be removed prior to showering.
Because most of the stones we use are natural gemstones and pearls, they may vary in shape, size, color, and texture. Inclusions seen in natural stones should be considered a part of their beauty and individuality. Pearls and most gemstones are too delicate for cleaning agents, polishing cloths or ultrasonic cleaners. We recommend a simple gentle wipe of the metal surface with a damp cloth and storing your items in the pouch they came in.
Why does the piece I receive look slightly different than the one in the product description online?
Some products that we sell may appear smaller or larger than the images displayed on the site. The color and size of the display of a product may vary depending on the type of computer monitor you use and its settings.
What is the return policy?
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, JAYRUN® will accept items for exchange or store credit.
All purchases must be returned in new and re-saleable condition within 5 business days of your date of receipt. All returns require a Return Authorization Form. If you would like to make a return, please email us for a return authorization us at: info@jayrun.com. Please make sure to write “RETURN” in the subject line. Merchandise must be returned to JAYRUN® pre-paid and insured. We strongly advise that you insure your package in case of loss or damage in transit. Unfortunately, JAYRUN® cannot issue merchandise credit if your package is lost or damaged. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Returned merchandise may be exchanged for another item or for store credit, valid for up to six months. Exchanged items and special orders are final sale and may not be exchanged or returned. JAYRUN® can only accept returns for purchases from our online store. Products purchased through our retailers must be returned to the retailer and are subject to the retailer’s individual store policy. Items must be returned with their original packaging in perfect condition. We cannot accept COD deliveries.
